We want you to be happy with PasteDo Pro. If you’re not, we’ll refund you.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchased a PasteDo Pro license and are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No detailed justification needed — if it’s not working for you, that’s reason enough.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@pastedo.app with the email address you used to purchase, and we’ll process it within a few business days. Since all payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record, the refund itself is issued by Paddle back to your original payment method.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.

Beta Preorders

If you supported PasteDo during the beta with a discounted preorder, the same 14-day guarantee applies, counted from your purchase date — not from the final release date.
